Default T1R or Invidia?

Alright... I was planning on buying a T1R 70mm single a couple months ago once i got the money; however, within those couple months I came across the Invidia 70mm single for a significant amount less. What should I go with; the Invidia set (header, tp, exhaust) or T1R set (header, tp, exhaust)? Will the T1R show better performance gains for the money (I'm talking about the Stainless Steel by the way)? Any imput would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i was in the same situation as u was! its a big price differ. since both are 70mm the headers may have differ size primaries/collectors (if i remembered ide tell ya cause i looked up on it earlier) but pretty much, the price is just for the name and maybe a little bit of power differ, but wouldnt be worth spending a grand for 1-2hp....IMO

o and i 4got to add, the invidia headers install..is well....

i'm not too sure about the invidia and its specs.....

but from what Ive heard, T1R makes exhausts that give you performance gains

all i've heard about the invidia is that it has a loud annoying sound....not my words.....just quoting other members.......I've never had the opportunity to hear or see it first hand

but T1R is my pick

well 01BerlinaS2K said that he got "220 RWHP on the dyno with just a K&N Drop in and Invidia headerback exhaust" and he got the dyno to prove it

Anything 70mm and coming out to that style muffler is going to be very loud. Google for sound clips and see which you can stand. Your location is also important. If you are in a area where cops are bad you'll have to stay out of the throttle.

my t1r 70r sparrow is loud as **** and drones a lot.
i used to have and invidia and the quality of the t1r is better.

as for the singles, i would go with the t1r 70r v3. sounds SICK!!! its even louder than my sparrow.

its up to you. power gains, the t1r will most likey produce a bit more power, but is it worth the extra cost?

another t1r exhaust to consider the limited t1r 70-EM.
apparently it balances performance without a loud drone.
