i'm ordering an exhaust today and can't figure out which one to get, i hear really good things about the T1r but i also heard that the Tanabe sounds really good, i would like to go with what ever makes the car sound deeper. I would really like if someone would post or show me were i can fine any vids of the two exhaust, I will post vids of mine when i get it asap. Thanks ,, Soo which of these exhaust is deeper in tone. And which sounds better.

Your best bet would be to go to one of your local s2k meets and check out other members' exhausts in person. There is no quality standardization for the videos you find on the net, so what you think might be a sick exhaust might actually be a "resonatorectomied" stock exhaust with blowtorched "Ti" Kragens tips.

all the Tanabe's sound great, but which one are you asking about? They make more than one exhaust for the S. I assume you are talking about the Concept G?

Also which T1R are you talking about? They also make more than one. I am assuming the Sparrow?

You need to give all the info. The Concept G sounds very different than the Touring and the Sparrow sounds different then the other T1Rs...

Go Sparrow. I am not a fan of Tanabe.

 

I have the tanabe concept g and I'm very happy with it. it does sound aggressive but I dont know what sound specifically you are looking for. best bet as dtang21 said that you should go to a couple of meets and listen to it yourself...
