tail fish
You have the wrong wheel size and combination.
You are not running staggered wheels and tires. This way your car will be tailhappy, wich is potentially very dangerous. And don't forget that there is no tire as sticky as the original ''WSO2''.

But somehow you still are missing the part where people are telling you that your REAR tires are to small.
Are you sure that all four of your wheels are 18x7 225/40/18 and not just the front? If so then I'm not surprised that you have some unpredictable fishtailing. I would go double check if I were you. That is way off. I have 18x8.5 255/35 in the rear and my rear breaks loose pretty easily, but it only happens when I want it to.
You may also want to check your alignment. The biggest problem with lowering an S2000 is that when you do it with just lowering springs, most of the time the alignment falls way out of spec.
Add that to the fact that you are running front wheel drive rims and tires and you have yourself a death trap. Whoever sold you those wheels and tires should be shot.

[B]I find that the car fishtailes when i take curves pretty hard. I have lowered the car with neuspeed springs and have put on 18x7 225/40/18 tires. Again today I lost the ass in a curve, I was like what??? I have driven many back wheeldrive cars, but i think the fact that the S is so light it losses is ass very fast.

I totally agree with Bieg. Sounds like you dropped a LOT of cash for a drop in performance from stock S02 setup.
What tire/wheel dealer let you do this?
Yes, the Honda engineers had a cost analysis to meet when designing tire/wheel/suspension system for the S2k.
And yes improvements can be made on stock system, but as with the rest of this beautiful machine, I find myself marveling at what 20+ Japanese PhD's can do when given a clean drawing board and told to "...make this car scream !"
For safety's sake, have those sizes double checked.
