Default Taillights problem when turning on headlights

I have a problem with my taillights not turning on when I turn on my headlights. My brakelights work when brake is applied, all blinkers work, just no dim taillights. Also my instrument cluster does not dim when the headlights are turned on and my AC/radio control backlights do not turn on. I have checked the fuses that might be associated with the problem in the cabin and under the hood, but no luck. I switched the light 1 and 2 relays in the fuse box under the hood, but nothing changed. I haven't tried pulling the relays in the cabin, since there is no diagram of which is which. I crashed recently at the track and slid into a bunch of gravel and might have ripped up a wire or something, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? Thank you

Jason

ugh...figured it out, i feel so stupid. The fuse was listed under "small light" under the dash in the cabin. I never would have thought that fuse controlled everything I just listed. Terrible description of the that particular fuse's function, but now I just need to get replacement fuse. Sorry for wasting anyone's time . Locking this.
