Taking out the Catylic Converter

I saw this on ebay right now. The seller says you gain 7 hp to the wheels. For $200 doesn't seem to be bad. if it's true?

Has anyone done this?

That'll knock off the all important .008745 seconds off the 0-60 time.

Lots of things are illegal.

If it makes my car faster (so I can go further over the speedlimit quicker) I wouldn't care.
