Default Taking out Soft top

Someone recently ripped my soft top, pulled my the frame of the top to get in my car, and stole my seats. I am replacing my soft top for a hardtop so it doesn't happen again. I am removing the soft top because it's useless to me now. I've tried to search, but is there a write up on removing the soft top? There is no parts I need to keep from the soft top for a new Mugen top right? Thanx

Well, he's looking to rid himself of the soft top assembly, motor included. There is nothing needed from the soft top assembly when fitting the HT on.

I would suggest getting a shop manual. Most of the interior behind the seats needs to be removed and re-installed.

The hardtop only needs the front strikers depending on the year of the vehicle.

Cool thanks i'll try that. And by the way I think I found my seats on ebay!

seats

The vin isn't anywhere on the seats though right. It kinda sucks though cuz I am pretty sure its mine I mean how many s2k seats go on sale on ebay in the same city, at the same time I got mine stolen. Plus I asked whats wrong with it and he said, "the leather is cracking a little bit on the left side of the driver side seat." That was the only thing wrong on my seat! And why would you type on the discription that it is "legal and not stolen" if you didn't steal it! Might as well type I STOLE THESE SEATS! I am pretty mad

no vin on the seats unfortunately. Sorry to hear about your seats. That auction looks HIGHLY suspect. Vegas auction, 2 feedbacks from a long time ago. Description written poorly. I would report the auction.

That's absolutely horrible. Crooks like that should be dragged out into the street and shot.

don't let it slide. Call your local PD and report this. You never know how it could turn out. Just don't let crooks like this getaway with selling your stuff that you've worked hard to pay for.
