Default Taking of Stickers placed on Rims

Does anyone know of any chemical that I can use to take off some stickers that have been placed on the inside of the rim? Or any tools or a combination of both? It is not on the outside face...but is placed where you can see it. Any ideas? Thanks.

The stickers are on pretty good...the only way so far was picking at it with my nail, but I have 3 other rims to go and even picking at it with my nail sometimes dosn't work.

Do those work better then alcohol? Cause I've tried that and it didn't work. By using WD-40 or Goo-Gone would I also need a brush?

Sugar cubes, they're soft enough that they shouldn't scratch the metal, but rough enough to peel the sticker and get rid of the goo left after it. This is a trick I learned for taking stickers off of pda's from an electronics forum.

... finding link now...
