I'm going to have to say no , I don't think that color combo would look too good at all.

It would look about as hideous as bronze wheels on a silver car!
I love bronze/silver, which just goes to show you we all have different ideas on what looks good.

What have we learned? If you think it will look good, do it!

(then post pics so we can see it! )

Tan interior no way. Plus, it shows dirt and stains really easy. And for tan leather seats, it show every crease in the leather. Love that red and black combo on the white.
Says who? I have yet to see an owner of a tan interior say such a thing, and imo, any color other than black will show dirt about as much as tan would (ie red).

talking about AP2 tan (04-05).

Any pics?

I know it would not be a good thing to have when it comes to selling. Different tastes, and sellers prolly won't like the fact the interior has been pieced together(swapped).

Thank you! Says the owner of a GPW with tan interior!

I've often been amused at the folks who use the, "it shows dirt too much" argument against the tan interior. My impression is that these folks don't really care how dirty the seats are in their car just as long as they can't see it.

My car will hit it's second anniverary in June and I just rolled 30k miles on it a week ago or so. I have not had any problems keeping the tan leather clean. I am having more wear issues with it than I would have hoped but I don't think color has anything to do with that. I like the way it looks and I don't have to worry about putting 3rd degree burns on the back of my legs after it's been sitting in the summer sun with the top down. That part alone makes it well worth it to me!

Drive Safe,
Steve R.
