Default Tanto (SP?) Cover.

I have a tanto cover for my '01 AP1. Is the cover meant for car's without a soft top, meaning, only for hard top's without the top on? I tried to install it with my top down, and I can't get it to snap in on the front. What's the deal? It doesn't seem to reach all the way down, so that it can snap in.

Thanks, sorry for the crappy question.
-Matt.

A Tanto is a knife.

A Tonneau cover goes over the soft top when it is down for a cleaner look, and to help protect the top.

it is a SCREAMING pain to install, but it works.

Yeah, first time is a biatch. Then keep the car out in the sun and the cover gets all soft and pliant.

After about 5-6 installs, it gets much easier.

Next we'll hear about how the straps on the cover make buzzing noises...

Hmm thanks. Sorry for the spelling, I was far too tired to actually look up the correct spelling.

Any idea's on how to make it easier, I've never put it on, but I'd like to give it a whirl. Could I leave it outside for a day or two to make it bend easier?

How do you guy's put your's on, attach the snap's closest to the seat's first?
