I think the te37`s are played out.
True that...but what other wheel is that lightweight, midrange cost, and available in various sizes/offsets?

I'm in the same boat here. I prefer the CP-035s but there's a couple of factors that are making me lean towards the TE-37s: offsets and color.

I've been told that the CP-035s don't have the right offsets in 17x7.5 and 17x8.5 and that the forged versions only come in white and gold (yuk!).

dlrooney says the offsets for the CP35s are fr +45 rr +50. Don't those seem about right? It's 3 mm different from the TE37s in the fronts. What other offsets does the CP35s come in? If I get the CP35s I would probably get the 16x7 and 16x8, unless I can get wider.

Yeah, those offsets seem about right. So that means my only problem is the color. Why can't they offer the forged wheels in silver?

mdigrappa says you can get it powder coated any color, even a polished silver or chrome color. PM him if you want more details. I'm currently waiting on the Reverend for some details on these wheels.

Are they powder-coated to begin with?

If we are talking about weight, cpo-35 is lighter by plenty. If we are talking about style, nothing more jdm than te-37, it represent japanese wheels in a lot of ways, but in my street alone, there's 2 s2k with te-37 and plenty more in my city. if you want something different, go with the cpo-35 -- reason is special rim, special order from japan, it takes forever =) so not too many people have it. another rims no one mentioned is the advan rg. it's in the same group as te and cpo. I myself go with the cpo-35.
