Default Tear on the inside passenger panel..how do u fix?

So I have a small tear on my passenger side door panel(a few mm). Is there a simple process to fix it or is it really complicated and expensive? What products do you guys use? Thanks for all input. I tried posting in the wash/wax but I wasn't getting any response.

new panels are $200 each. used ones pop up all the time. Since yours is blue you won't see as many, though. A vinyl repair kit is what you want; but it won't look new at all.

Not really worried about it looking new. Its a small tear. I bought the black panel to swap out with my blue one. I got it at a good price and I wasnt to worried about the little tear. Its near the edge where the dash meets the door panel. I am thinking I may be able to fix it with some black silicone. Has anyone else tried this or any other method.
