Tiens will not only lower ure car, it will dramtically improve ure cars handling. Same cannot be said 100% about springs. In regards to rebiuling ive also never heard of an s2000 with Teins that need rebuilding. My S is my daily driver, city and highway every day and i throw in the occasional mountain run and track day. I would never go back to stock suspension. If u dont want Tiens (for whatever reason) thats cool, but atleast get coilovers instead of springs, there well worth it.

I dont want just springs alone...

May be some Koni yellow with OEM coils or a coil-over set-up.

Tein
T1R
Spoon
Mugen
etc...

Tein coilovers are certinly great bang for buck. If u got dollars to spend, go Bilstien or Zeal, but stick with a coilover setup, otherwise theres not much point IMO

i'm waiting to hear a review on the mono flex.. or until i save enough money for it

tein usa doesnt list it, but tein japan has the mono flex for the s2k. looks good, springs are 10k all around, and they incorporate their new micor speed valve to control rebound or something for a better ride.

You can always order custom spring rates for the flex as well. If you stay within + or - 2 kg/mm from the original spring rates you dont need to re-valve them. It is an extra $100/pair for replacement springs.

Something to consider.

What do you think about Koni Yellow + spring ( Spoon, H&R, Espelir )

?
