Tein RA info

I'm looking for a good suspension under $1700. I want to lower my car and increase handling slightly. I'm not so concerned with the best handling suspension, but rather I just don't want to hurt handling like I've read many cheaper coilovers do.
Does anyone have info on how the Tein RA is on a street car, or any other coilover under $1700 that will not hurt handling?

i got my jic magic flt a2s for 1600, they are mad stiff but they are great, my car is dropped almost 4 inches, i have to raise it but it looks so good

Are these better than the Tein RA? I looked into these, but only found them for sale at one site, and it said "Sold out, check back for availability?" Where can they be purchased?
