Default Tein S-Tech Springs

I have decided to install Tein S-Tech springs on my MY05. I would appreciate feedback from people that are using these springs. How do you like them? How is the ride quality? How much is the rear camber affected after installation? I realize that this topic has probably been beat to death, but I couldn't really find the answers I am looking for with a search. Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

progressive springs so will compress a little at first then firm up during hard corners. stock springs linear so bites right away. perfect drop all around and rides like stock.

what's the benefit of going with the coilovers rather than just the springs?

Coilovers are fully adjustable... Like in height, dampening...

What springs drop the car more after settling, Espelir or Tein s-tech? Which are considered better?

I would say quality-wise the Teins would be superior to Espelir, but you rarely hear anything bad about either. The Espelir springs offer a lower drop than the Tein springs.

Are springs easy to swap out or should a shop handle it? And an alignment should be performed after the swap right?
