Default Which Test pipe?

I am looking for a test pipe that allows the Cat cover to be bolted back on. I want to use the pipe, but I dont want to get busted!

The fine in CA is $1200+

You can bolt the stock cat heatshield onto the T1R testpipe.

It'll fool just about anyone.

Im pretty sure you can bolt the stock heat shield on to all test pipes, they are all pretty much just a piece of pipe put in place of your cat. I'd go with Berk because its probably cheapest and Berk is a sponsor. Look in the group buy section. Its about $99.95 and there is no shipping cost. It has a built in O2 sensor thing so you won't get a CEL.
