Default test pipe

I checked out the search button regarding this mod. It seems like ppl agree that the diameter of the tp should be the same as exhaust. Currently, I have a stock exhaust and I don't think i'll be changing my exhaust anytime soon (gf won't let me). any recommendations for test pipe to go along with my stock exhaust?

Thanks for the input!

I have a spoon test pipe with stock exhaust. Fits fine and sounds the same as stock.

unfortunatly a girl who wont let you do what you want is not a keeper

Regardless, imo, stock exhaust with a testpipe doesn't sound to good. I wouldn't even bother until I got an exhaust to go with it.

i agree!!!

BUT, if you must keep her I think there is a way to make both of you happy. There are many wonderful exhausts that are VERY close to as quiet as the stock system while still looking great and giving you a slight performance gain while saving you a good bit of weight.

The system that I would recommend you look at is the Tanabe Medalion Touring....

then an invidia TP would go wonderfully with that system...

just my 2 pennies man.....good luck with it

If you get a test pipe, she'll complain about the smell. My wife does occasionally.
