Default test pipe question

Hey guys im putting in a test pipe for my 06 s2000. I had held that a cell will pop up on my 06. I had held of a fix to extend the obd2 sensor. What was the part that i would need to get a autozone to do this with? And are there any 06 owner running test pipe also?

Your just moving the O2 sensor out from the test pipe with the spark plug anti-foulers.
There are several test pipes that come with a built in fix I believe.

well i just installed the test pipe. No cell thanks to two de foulers. I put in a megan tp but im getting weird sounds from it. Like that sound you get when you blow over the top of a beer bottle. Is someone here running a Megan tp and getting the same sound?

If the TP has the built-in adaptor for the 02 sensor, remove the antifoulers and try it without.
The sound you describe could easily be the exhaust gas passing over the now rather deep cavity that the 02 is sitting in.
I also have a test pipe but haven't installed it yet so I'll be interested in any results/solutions you may come up with.
Reading other posts, it seems that some cars and TP's get away with it while others don't.

I was talking to a guy from Berk the other day (ordered a test pipe + their new header, w00t!) and he said the 06-07's are much more prone to getting a CEL, even with the anti-fouler fix. Their pipe has one welded into it supposedly.....would adding a second help?

I have the Berk. Yes it has a small extention in place supposedly to prevent a CEL. Reading the forum though, it seems many have had to move the sensor even further back to prevent a CEL.

I have personally installed three Berk's on three different cars including my own. No CELs in over a year
