i heard that having a test pipe is a 3g fine in california?

anyone got a ticket for theirs?

 

its not 3gs. but there is a hefty fine on it. you get a ref ticket meaning you have to go out and get your car tested for emissions (pita) and pay i think around a $300-400 fine. could be a bit more now. but besides that, its not 3gs.

the EPA fine is around 3gs i think. your state fine is most likely less.
