Cool Thank You Berk Technologies!

I just wanted to express my thanks.

Today I purchased a 5Zigen Pro Racer ASpec exhaust. Thankfully it was on sale, so I got it for a damn good price. I am very excited as this is my first modification to my car.

I will be doing a baseline Dyno run as soon as I can. Hopefully this exhaust will provide some decent gains. If not, well at least I lost a bit of weight.

Again, my thanks go out to the guys at Berk.

I like the look of it but does it get any extra power?

I have no idea. I wasn't able to do a baseline, so I can't say that it did.

However, the feel of the "heat bog" I had from taking my Intake Box Lid off, is now gone. So I'm assuming that it made up the power I lost, and then some.

I didn't really buy this exhaust for power, I bought it because it weighs half of what the OEM Cat-Back weighs.

Catbacks alone won't gain much, if any. Need a testpipe to really get some gains. But the weight savings sure are nice

is that true for the loud 70mm ones as well?

I got a decent power boost just taking the cat off my old car so I know thats a lot of the exhaust gains

You'll probably gain more with the 70mm single than most other duals. But we're talking a couple hp tops. The power band will probably shift a little as well.
