Default thank you Honda

I was out of work sick today and just layed around the house feeling miserable. Tonight, I couldnt sleep, sleeping all day will do that to you, so I went for a drive.
I hadnt really rung out the s2k in a few days, so I cracked the whip on the ol' girl a bit. I took the Linda Vista/Lida/Chevy Chase route in Pasadena and was just amazed. This car just breaks away so progressively and is so catchable. I cant count the corners that I was totally crossed up in, and I was never worried about losing it. The tach was flashing as the car rev limiter cut in and out and it was just nirvana. When I took the 210 freeway back home, I looked down and I was running 130 without even knowing it.

I spend as much time as anyone bitching about the clearcoat, CEL warnings, rattling roof latches, etc. But, it is good to give the car an "Italian tuneup" every now and then and it reaffirms my opinon that I wouldnt have any other car. Mr. Honda, my hat is off to you and I feel a lot better all of a sudden.

Guys, we made the right choice and this car is truly amazing...

I totally understand where you are coming from.

My favorite times in the S2K are getting onto curvy interstate ramps

I agree as well...I don't know what I'll ever replace this car with...I love it that much.

BTW, did you finish work on the snorkle? Work out good?

What kind of roads? Straight and fast? Curvy and slow(er)?

Lets not jack Ben's thread . Post your Q in the So Cal forum... and we'll answer there
