On December 15th of last year I placed an order through James Mullins of Rick's Signature Accessories for a set of their S2000 body badges. After five weeks they still hadn't arrived. I sent an e-mail to James asking if he had forgotten about me. He wrote back immediately and was very apologetic about the delay. He furnished me with the Fedex tracking number and said that there would be no charge for the badges. I recieved them two days later just as he had promised.

I wanted to share this experience with the good folks on this board because it's not often in this day and age, that we have the privilege of dealing with a company that cares so much about it's customers.

Thank's again James.

I do have to agree...Ricks Rocks!!! :

Last week on Teusday I contact them about getting the Earls brake lines they offer. I needed them before Friday because I had an appt. to have the rest of my brake work done. They contacted Brad about the SS lines and they were at my door on Thursday. Also have their badges and wind screen and couldnt be happier with the service and products. Now If I could just win the drawing this month

I too had an outstanding experince with Rick's some time ago. He didn't have the color I ordered so he sent me just about every other one that migh match my car and asked simply that I returned the rest. As long as I own my car I will remember the service levels provided by Rick.

So I'll second that motion........

Utah

Keep it up guys!

You'll be happy with the console cover when you get it on. I did mine 2 weekends ago, and it looks great! And it wasn't too difficult for someone with 10 thumbs like me, either.
This is my second praising posting in 10 minutes. Can I get 2 free badges now Rick?

George,

The clock will be ticking for 2-3 weeks. Every console cover is hand made to order.

Rick, Tampa~
Yes, I read carefully the websites of any online company from which I order and am keenly aware of the 'handmade to order' caveat and its associated time delay. My point was, I'm looking forward to evaluating the ballyhooed and universally praised service of RSA... To that end, the clock is ticking...
