Default Is there any issues.

I want to buy a tonneau cover from someone but it's a different color. Is there any issues on repainting it. I just don't want to get it and find out I'm going to have to spend a fortune to paint it. Is it just a simple thing to bring to a shop and get them to change the color. It's the Veilside cover.
Thanks

When I got mine it was already painted another color. I had it repainted with no trouble.

I had an unpainted Veilside cover that I had painted for $200. I suspect that if the old paint finish has to be sanded down for adhesion and small imperfections repaired, you'll pay more.

By the way, in case you're interested, here are some shots of my Veilside cover which I cut in half so it fits in the trunk.
