Not really. I would buy an authentic Amuse lip again if it wasn't close to $500 not painted and if it wasn't fiberglass. For all those *non authentic* haters out there, that molded J's lip can't really be talked $hit about since it is urethane and molded out the box. Why would I buy something that isn't as good for more money? <-- That is the question they need to ask themselves.

that was my point. It doesn't matter one friggin bit whether or not it was authentic or clone. The fact is, you have a busted lip. IMO, JDM is great for those that show the car or don't go on aggressive drives, auto-x or track the car. Why would you spend all that money for something you know has a high chance of getting damaged (unless you have deep pockets and don't care). The clones offer an alternative. I bought "authentic" this time around, only because (1) its urethane and the company has a good rep for quality parts (2) no clone was available.... if there was, I would have bought it.
