I had a 5zigen Border III on my prelude type SH...it was very quiet, just a tad louder than stock.

It had a resonator and a big a$$ muffler canister. Perhaps you could get one of those, get some custom piping to fit an s2000.

, dual can be considered "rice" for this car b/c the s2000 does not need a dual, since there is only one exhaust manifold.
