I know some members are getting SC's for their s2k, but I have not seen any mention of a turbocharger. Is their one for the s2k, and if not, why not?

Here's a thread dealing with the subject of turbos: http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...p?threadid=4389

I don't know what's happened on this subject since it was posted back in Nov.'00; you might contact the poster if he's still around.

Squeezer,

I haven't read the link posted by "lvs2k", but I don't think the S2000 has the best engine to turbocharge because the compression ratio is really high.

I ran into Atomic Performance a while back though:

I think this was discussed to an extent before, basically what I got out of someone's facts were that compression alone does not create problems (detonation) with forced induction. A turbo is certainly possible on an otherwise stock motor, you just won't be running a high amount of boost.
