Default things i've noticed after 2 weeks with my S

First day i had my car, i had a guy in a stock honda accord pull up next to me on the interstate, give me two thumbs up, then floor it past me.

Yesterday sitting at a red light, motorcycle passes me in opposite direction, gives me a stare, and few quick revs.

Yesterday afternoon, come up on a civic SI hatch back (pre 05 eddition ones), he has exhaust, and immediately starts driving crazy and flooring it everywhere. My wife even noticed it and I had to explain that Napoleon syndrome also exists in the car world.

Can't believe the amount of attention i'm getting and how many people instantly feel the need to prove they drive a fast vehicle when they see me.

Get used to it. I also have Sebring Silver and you would be getting much more negative attention if your car was black, yellow or red!

You bought a performance car, and this is going to happen. It's pretty nice when some moron is next to you at a red-light with a 4th-gen mustang and you destroy him.

I guess so, but it doesn't hold a very big secret.

I actually like to granny it off the line, so they take off alone looking like an idiot. Forgot to mention one of the newer model, pontiac G8 did this to me last night. Gunned it at a light and I just sat there, ha.
