This front bumper off ebay

the thing i noticed about it, is that the front grill might be broken off on the top part...i mgiht be wrong i just wanted to make sure before i bid on it...thanks for any help you guys can give me.

and also..the grill on my damaged bumper is not messed up..would i be able to take it off the old one and put it on the new one? Thanks, Ryan

used auto parts can be a crap shoot. if i was looking at a bumper on ebay, i would want tons of close-ups of the finish, especially along the bottom edge. also pictures of the mounting points, showing that they are all intact.

he states that it is in very good used condition. that doesn't really tell me much nor do the pictures show any detail excpet that the vin sticker is in place.

my only less-than-stellar buy-side experiences on ebay have been related to auto parts.

looks like it has been painted b/c the fake air ducts look to be silver.

yep. Looks like one of the horizontal grills is missing. You could always go with a grill tech grill, though.

Correct me if I'm wrong folks, but does the hole to the ride side of the radiator opening, where I think the tie down hook was installed, look like it's been chewed on? On the car's I've looked at, that spot was covered by a rectangular insert. The one in the picture looks almost round.

Thats the way they come. The upper piece of the grill is a bolt in part....

And usually when the bumpers are repainted, the vin gets sprayed too.
