take a look at this...it's the state tint laws...I was thinking about tinting mine also, i think 35% for the sides are legal in my state was thinking about doing 25%.as long as it's not too much darker then what your state allows it shouldn't be a problem when you get pulled over..

50% tint all around including windshield. Looks like 35% because of the how dark the interior is. Havent got messed with yet.

 

You have 50% on your windshield?? Wow Bet it looks good though, I'd love it on BB.

I think I'd definitely get busted if I cop were looking at me from across an intersection and couldn't see me AND my front plate is off. Both are illegal here.

 

I have 12% all around, not the windshield though, it is almost impossible for people to see in the car from the outside. It is almost impossible to see OUT at night, also. The cops don't care here in Vegas because mostly people just do it to keep the car cool in the summer.

Thank you very much, coxjajb. Car looks good, and I'm definitely doing it. I live in NJ and it's illegal to get the fronts done at all. You guys are really making me want 20% all around now . I think I'm gonna ask the shop what they think...cause my friends that have gotten tickets for it didn't get pulled over for tint...they got pulled over for other things and got a ticket for the tint instead. I'll post pics up as soon as I get them done. But I would appreciate it if anyone else with a tinted sebring could post some pics. Thanks, guys.

 

i live in so cal... got all 4 windows tinted... including front windshield for 135. quantum film.

60 percent for front window.... and the rest are 50 percent.

 

Get the 20% and just put your windows down when you see cops

Thats what I do here in NJ. The front liscense plates...thats a different story
