Default For those that leased their S2K

When you leased your s2000, did honda finance require that you have a certain level of insurance. I know you have to have full coverage on any new car, but do they have requirments on the levels.

The reason I ask is because I leased my 07 two months ago, I get a call from my insurance person today saying they were contacted by honda stating that I have to have at least have 100k/300k when I have always had 25/50. This makes a pretty big diffrence in price. Is this stated in the contract that I have to have this high of coverage? If it is not do I have to do it? They never told me about this and I am a little upset. Please help me out.

100/300 is standard on all leases on all car makes I believe. I think it's pretty much due to the fact that the cars is not owned, but "rented" for the lease term.
