Follow up from a couple of weeks ago -- Good news for us with fit and finish issues on the rear bumper. My local service manager ordered a new skin and fitted it ....and it fits perfect, as it should! It's kinda PITA to deal with, even at regional they were balking and would not budge. It may be due to an issue with temperature extremes, especially for those of us in the more hot and steamy markets ( I am in New Orleans). Who really knows why it happens. But don't despair...keep bothering the service guys, nicely and politely, though. That goes a long way!
