Default Those with nitrous

This is for those of you who have nitrous on your s2k's. I will be adding nitrous to my03 and was just wandering... for a 75 shot (wet) did you retard the timing? if so, how much? and how?

Thanks for you help

Nitrous is Very very fun, be prepared to get a BUNCH of naysayers and bashers,

just make sure you do your research and do it the right way and everything will work out.

there are 2 guys on the boards i forget their names, but they have been spraying for quite a bit.

i was wondering too because i want to use a 75 shot also, but who knows what the timing is at on a stock s2k, if its at 16 degrees, thats should be good but i would like to retard it a little bit.

Nitrous is great but you really need to tune the car. That meaning put it on the Dyno so you can play with the fuel pills and get the A/F ratio safe. You can retard the timing 2 degrees to be safe but i prefer the dyno.

Engine management - look into an emanage or the new AEM unit that retards timing (not out yet though). The emanage should do what you need for an inexpensive price. You'll pick up a lot of power when your not spraying too because you can tune your car.
