Default For those with replica Amuse Lip gaps.....

I've just had mine fixed, using a marine-use caulking. It looks in-frikken-credible, like an OEM fitment.

They taped off above and below the gap, applied the caulking, removed the tap.....voila. My car is white, to matching was perfect. I'm not sure how many colors this stuff comes in, but white and black would work for sure.

I was going to use household caulking, but was told by the body shop that it isn't UV protectant, and will turn yellow after time. This stuff is guaranteed not to turn yellow.

Pics to follow.

I tried that before, it didnt turn yellow due to UV...it turned dark due to dust.

i was worried about this too....however, because its made for boats, it washes right off. I drove behind a truck last night and i picked up alot of dust and dirt on the nose.

A quick hose-off cleaned it perfectly.
