How long have you guys owned Spugen exhaust?
How many miles?
Do you see any rust on ur exhaust?
I'm about to order Spugen exhaust but I am little concerned about their piping.
Since their piping is just aluminized steel, I'm little worried about how long it will last until I get some serious rust on the piping.
I wont be driving around in winter but I am planning to keep the car pretty long...5-6 years least.
TIA

5000 + miles Only water the car sees is when washed (or at least damn near, lol)

Minor surface rust at a couple of the weld points and the brackets that bolt it up. Seems fairly minor at this point if not cosmetic. I should see if it can be rubbed off or not.

Very happy overall.

I couldn't help but respond to your sig and your worst car ever. I would put my ML430 up against your ML320. I was ready for some grief counseling!

JWKim, how was the transition of going from an A4 to an S2000? I'm about to make the same transition myself. 2000 A4 with APR Stage 3, FMIC, cams, suspension, brakes, etc, etc. So the S2K won't be quite as quick in a straight line, and a lot more cramped, but i'm expecting it to be a lot of fun. Any striking differences that you weren't expecting? Anything not quite obvious?

OMG are you silroan from AW? hahahah I cant believe it!
I dont know if u remember me(my AW id is jwkim too) but I remember we talked about some stuff via email LONG time ago..

Hahah yeah now I'm riding something TOTALLY different compare to those A4 1.8Ts I had..but I do not regret or miss anything at all.
Stock S2k definitly not fast as Stage 3 1.8T but fun factor is HUGE!
My close friend has S4 Stage 2+ and I drive his car back to back often but I found myself more entertaining in S2000.
Also s2k pulls very strong in VTEC, I never have problems chasing Stage 2+ S4 in high speed. At 60-90mph run..I get only about 1 car length behind with Stage 2+ S4.(I tried this MANY time)

As long as I'm in VTEC, I never felt that I need more power. F20C's sound and excellent high end power is very addicting and it feels and sounds very fast.

Big differences that I didnt expect was how S2k handles at the limit. It oversteers VERY smooooothly and it is very easy to recover in low speed.
I knew this car has go-cart like handling but s2k's handling is FAR better than any B5 I ever drove. Pretty easy to loose the rear and requires far more skill to take 100% out of S2k's handling but that what the fun part is

Also there are TONS TONS of parts for modification..you will enjoy it!

PM me if u have more Qs
