Anyone know where to find these or have a part number?

That is where I pulled the picture from, but they don't actually offer them or show a part number.

I don't need the bumper plugs. I need the actual threaded bumper inserts as shown in the picture.

As in a plate holder? That is the only thing that threads in there.

No, the bumper plugs actually fit into the threaded inserts shown in the picture. If the threaded inserts are not present (they are missing from my car) then the holes are too big to hold the bumper plugs.

Thanks, that at least gives me a part number to work with. You would think they would give us a bit smaller diagram to look at lol
