ticking noise?

sup guys,

hey, today i noticed a slight ticking noise coming from the engine...it's not that loud, but could it be a bent value?

Hmm, ticking noise ......

My '00 S2000 doesn't do that. You must have one of those fancy 2001 models with the clock!!!

maybe this will help,

a orange check light just came up on my dash,and my oil is 3 notchs on the dip stick.

Does the ticking vary with engine RPM? Ticking + Engine light = trouble. My Stook ticked, or tapped, when I lost the engine due to the infamous cylinder #4 issue.

Take it to the dealer ASAP.

MY '00 or "01? The number 4 cylinder issue is only on the '01.
