What do you mean your rear wheels are tilted? Are you looking at it from the rear and they look tilted in at the top or tilted out at the top, or what exactly are you seeing?

When you took your car in are they just telling you it's OK, without checking the alignment? My '05 doesn't look like the tires are tilted in at all. If you can actually see this, your alignment may be off and your camber may be too negative, which can cause the tires to wear on the inside of the tread. If you really doubt what they are telling you, get it aligned and ask them pay for it if it is not within specs.

Yes it's normal.

If they checked the alignment and the camber settings for the rear wheels are within specifications don't worry about it.
