Default Tim/mgracing

As most of the "olders" Users of this Board know about the "sale" of MG RACING USA to Tim Ham I want to make (sorry for my poor English)some statements.

First of all I want to apologize for not having answered to previous messages pertaining MG RACING before; I am not checking this site from a very long time.......I received an e-mail from a previous S2000 owner informing me of all the complaints...

-I invite all the customers that had any kind of problems with Tim/MG RACING to e-mail me personally at mgracing25@hotmail.com and I will see what I can do
-I will have to travel to JONESBORO/GA at Tim place because I cannot get in contact with him from a very long time.......
-I will suggest to hold on any orders planned with Tim/MG RACING

AT THIS PONT I will have to reorganize (hopefully with better luck) MG RACING.

Thank you for reading this message

giampiero, it is so nice to hear from you. i want everyone to know that everything giampiero did for me in the past was a.o.k. i did hastily post something 6 months ago when i saw giampiero on this board but that's before i knew that giamp. sold mg racing to tim hamm and that it was tim hamm that sold my turbo and kept the money. yes my turbo took 5 months to come in, it was adveertised on his spyderweb page 2-3 weeks, but after i ordered giamp. then emailed me a few weeks? later and told me since it was the first in the us they had to modify it for left hand drive, thru all the ups and downs of this turbo thing, no english instructions, trying by me and failing to install several times by several installers, giamp. continually told me he would take it back if it did not work out. this may not have anything to do with his current company policy right now, i am just stating what he said then. i always felt that giamp. went out of his way to try and get me the instructions even as i said going to the japanese embassy where he is but they failed. finally giamp. said just send it back. I WAS ALWAYS AT LEAST SATISFIED WITH MG RACING UP TO THAT POINT. the trouble came in when i sent the turbo to mg racing in atlanta and tim sold it and kept the money. so what's my point? if giampiero straigtens things out, ( although if tim were still involved i would be wary of anyone with such business ethics ) and i am returned my money i would go on line and personally support giampiero for the tradgedy that has befallen his company. cthree says that i ruined mg with my posts. the situation should not have happened in the first place and the company must have already been in ruins for tim to take my $3550 and spend it. cthree also states that mg racing has been a sponser since s2k's inception. well if that's true the bulk of the time it was giamps. company! my problems only came when tim did what he did after taking over. and giamp. i do not know your relatonship with tim but you should at least know that every time i called him he put the blame on you stating that...well you can pm me if you want. i personally do not see how giamp. is involved with any of my trouble with mg racing. i even have an email from giamp. to tim after learning of the problem 6 months ago. he states...TIM WE HAVE TO GET THIS GUY HI MONEY!.....giampiero mg racing is still a viable company and it is worth anything to you in the state i applaud you for putting your focus back on it.
GIAMPIERO IT IS GOOD TO HEAR FROM YOU...CAN YOU POSSIBLY SAVE THE DAY?! FROM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF THE OLD M.G. RACING..SPYDERFISH!

Giampiero, didn't you sell MG Racing?

If memory serves me correctly, you did, and by your post, it is sounding like you have some dealings with them still. And to post to people that they should hold their orders with Tim/MG racing? i don't know about that.

Something sounds fishy here. All of a sudden, Giampiero comes online after how ever long of an absence, and spyderfish is praising him and he hasn't done anything yet?

This drama is getting deeper and deeper...

drama is the word. didn't all this start over a car other than an S2000? there's an awful lot of talking by an awful lot of people who don't have any idea (and therefore /should/ have no opinion) making judgments and comments. why are there multiple threads on this? it's tired.

Let's understand something Giampiero sold controlling rights of MG Racing US, which does not mean he sold MG Racing. MG Racing started as a company owned by Giampiero in Europe. The European division still exists and still sells a wide range of products for many high end automobiles. So I don't think there is anything fishy or a deep drama here. It's a company trying to clear up their name. What would you do?

I must apologize for my misunderstanding. I did not know it was just the controlling rights.... I shall shut up now... and stop reading threads about this entire issue...
