I found a company than says they can fabricate and install a tinted back window for the S2000. I know I'm going to order one, is anyone interested in a group buy? The quote the guy gave me was $700, but I'm planning on working that down.
Let me know if you think you might be interested, and what price you think is acceptable - and I'll start working on the guy.

Being that the window is quite small and regularly costs roughly 170 untinted i wouldn't want to pay more than 250 and that's even a little extreme for me. It's not worth 530bux more to have a tinted rear window

That's a lot of bones for a rear window...........

Check the For Sale section, do a search for rear window tinting. Somebody advertised a dark tint kit for less than $100

Only thing I see (just looked ) is a static tint kit, which isn't what I want.

Just to clear up, the tinting I'm talking about is actually a dark (but still see-through) plastic back window, not a window with tint glued on it.

I am taking note of your price interests, I think we'll have some power in dealing with these people. It's not every day that you can say you sold your product to 20 S2000s; that's the bait.

Sounds like you're talking about an installed price. What's the price just for the piece itself?

That's a good question. I've only received a brief email response from them, I'm planning on calling them to talk. I'll keep this in mind, installed vs not installed.
