Bah to digital gauges*! There's something so cool about watching the needle swing around, and then pressing the release button to watch it reset.

*except on the S2k

Longacre is the way to go. pay for it.

i've had my experiences with 10 dollar gauges from kragen's and it's a waste of money. bought 2 exact same gauges and BOTH are off from the LONGACRE gauge. one is too high, the other is too low.

just pay for the longacre it is worth it.

Had this for a few years. I borrowed my friends in the pit once and decided it was hard to live without. Hard to go back to the Kragen digital one I used to use.

I got a cheap one from autozone that looks like a tire and it works good. As long as you don't get the one that has the stick pop out you should be fine.

For racing karts i use a rebco. I have had longacre and they are also very good. If you go to a racers swap meet you can get some good deals and new and used ones.

bottomline bro, get longacre.

obviously you are concerned with quality and accuracy, otherwise you wouldn't make a post asking for opinions...final answer is get longacre.

It almost all the same but I would get the one with rubber cover because gauges are really sensitive. If you drop a gauge they become off. Remember not to get a crazy PSI gauge because the middle 30% is the gauge most accurate point. Trust me I use to export gauges and I'm talking about gauges with 0.05% off. Most tire gauges will be 3-5%off. Those little stick one are fine but just don't pull them out or they loose there accuracy.
