Default Tire rotation?

I have aftermarket wheels on my car and I was wondering if it is possible to rotate the tires or not. Will I just have to replace the tires when a part of the tire starts to get worn down? Thanks

Even though you have aftermarket wheels, do you not still have different sizes of tires on the front than on the back? Where would you rotate them to? Some folks who are trying to extract as many miles from their tires will remove the tires from the same end of the car and mount them on the other side of the car but the "inside" becomes the "outside". This is the only rotation you can do unless you've got identical sizes front and rear.

Very true; However, some tires are not directional, but have in and out sidewalls.
