Had perfect service, had them ship the 2 rears to my dealer and they put them on that same day for $20.

I hope you found the answer to your COD question. Regarding your mounting question; If you receive your NEW tires mounted and balanced on your NEW wheels from TireRack it is very easy to pur the them on yourself. I received my new wheels/tires and had them on in about an hour in a half. Now, I suppose the issue is, "Am I average?". Tirerack.com is very nice. I just placed an order with them. I am getting the ssr gt1s with the s-03 tires with the smartire system.
They are coming all together and balanced.

You can purchase tires seperately. You just have to arrange to have them mounted and balanced at a local shop when they arrive.
