Have you looked into the the Greddy E-Manage or the AEM EMS?

The InlinePro stroker motor would require AEM EMS to tune correctly.

The J's motor is over $10k USD.

There is nothing available for NA without a tuned stand alone ecu that can give 270+hp for about $4500.

2.2L high compression plus I/H/E TB and tuned ECU, you can get up to 240whp which will be close to 290hp to the flywheel.

A member in Greek Forum has this motor with J's ECU/tsuchinoko intake/header/70mm exhaust and made 275whp
