But will they honor the warranty should something break? History has shown that neither Toda nor Toda's distributors will do anything for you when the bracket on the Toda header cracks and break off.

The Toda has a very smooth sound quality. I have a few friends with similar Toda exhausts on other cars and they love them. Personally, I think the tips are an eye-sore the way they angle (droop) downwards.
