Exclamation Today is the Day!

Well the wait is over. I have been waiting for 3 years and today I am picking up my S2000. I feel like a teenager(I'm 52). I have wanted a convertible since 1976. I almost bought a MGB. I have had sports cars(Corvette, TransAm, and Integra GSR). I have been driving a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 extra cab for 6 years. I am keeping the pickup. It will be a REAL change with the S2000. Would you believe the weather has been great the last couple of days(80s and sunshine). Well today it is raining. It is suppose to rain tomorrow, also. I will post pictures after I pickup the car and the weather is better.

Check out the "Vintage" owners board as well. We are a fun group.

Many owners are in the 40+ range. We were 51 and 48 respectively when we got ours and we often feel like a couple of teenagers when we are cruising around.

Enjoy your new "S".

Congratulations dhwkns! It makes it even sweeter after your long wait.

Be sure to take Lainey up and come check out the S2000 Vintage Owners under Special Interest. Owners of S2000s who are 40 years-old, or older can wear the Vintage Owners badge if they so desire. We try to be more respectful in our posts and nicer to each other, than you will find in many other forums.

Welcome to the club. Man, I thought I'd waited a long time to get "my" car! Check out "My new S2000!"
