I traveled to HK for 6 days and visited some nice shops. Now I am in Tokyo and I will be here for another 2 nights.

I Was wondering, where are the nice car shops to pickup some JDM stuff? Maybe I can bring some stuff back to the states..

Thanks for the info, it is AWESOME here!

I Will check back later..

Thanks..

Ask around. You would really have to know where to go. Ask if they know anyone who works for your business (if there on business) and ask at the hotel if they have anyone working there who is in to Japanese performance cars.

you people are really unhelpful huh???

You don't have to be rich to afford anything in Autobacs. what the hell? there should be a few Super Autobacs in and around Tokyo

Obviously you can go to Spoon and Type One!!!!!!! come on!!! It is in Ogikubo which you can easily get to by train or subway, i recommend the subway from my experience, I forgot which line it was exactly, ask for an English subway map if you don't have one already, and look for Ogikubo, it is at the end of a red subway line on the map Check Spoon's site for a map from the subway station and get off the train and then walk a few blocks To spoon. then you have to walk a few more blocks down to get to Type One.

The guys/girls (Ichishima-san's wife) are all really cool, and you can get a pretty nice discount if you buy parts at Type One, they are really helpful.

there are a lot of shops in Tokyo, Top Secret, etc. etc. just ask or do some research on your favorite shops.

Whoever asked about drifting, you are a moron.. . . . .

and if you want to see some drifting you are going to have to go out and find it or no someone to take you to the popular spots.

Alot of Touges are not legal to drive on late at night, there will be an Officer car at the entrances to these roads during this time with their lights on, keeping people from driving on these roads.

oh another great bunch of shops is UPGarage. they sell so many used amazing parts for rediculously cheap, but I highly recommend going to Spoon and Type One, and Super Autobacs if you find one.

Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately, I am back in LA, CA now and was unsuccessful in finding any shops there. It was really hard to communicate with people there since nobody really knew any English.

Yah the drifting question was plain ignorant.

ahhh well, maybe next time!

Again, thanks for the info anyway.
