and to think that Friday,at night I took my daughter to our Sonic drivein with the top down and everyone was in their short sleeves with temps in the 70's that day. Things sure change in a hurry in Colorado.

Just to update:

Well over another foot and a half has fallen since that picture. I was tempted to just leave the Rover in the driveway until it turned into a snowbank, but though better of it and drove it out late this afternoon.

Is there any danger of roofs collapsing under the weight?

A few roofs have collapsed around town. The snow is just too wet.

Even the tent covering Denver International Airport has ripped.

Where I live we got 40" of snow.

Here is a picture of my street.

Nice snow drift and a huge snowman.

My neighbor.

Well, snow has finally stopped, and power is back on. We where buring wood in the fireplace all day, as power was out since about 1 a.m. last night.

Over 4 1/2 feet fell outside our house. Some photos to enjoy!

After digging out the Rover yesterday and driving it to the end of the road (1/2 mile away), another few feet fell. We snowshoed down to it this morning to check out conditions

Believe it or not, there is a road under all this snow! It will be a while before the S2000 sees it, though.
