That is a great list...I listen to just about anything - heavy metal, techno, hard rock, new age, alternative, country, as long as it's loud! And I sing along of course. That could be or depending on who's listening!

You need the album version of Shame. The acousitc is cool, but not the same effect on the road.

Also from a personal standpoint, I would go for the album version of Elevation too. I am not a big fan of live stuff. The exception would be the Allman Brothers on this list. I have heard the live version of Best I Can, and I think you would be happier with the album version of that too.

I will have to look for the Dream Theater verison of Red Barchetta you have there. That sounds like it would be cool.

i've been listening to the swollen members album(underground) and its really good.

 

i like the rock versions of the N.E.R.D. (Neptunes) CD. But honestly, a lot of the times, I just turn off the radio and listen to the car go...few things sound as sweet.
