I'm just curious to know because I just bought an 04 s2k, but I don't really have anywhere where I would be able to test the top end of the car. Anyone know what it tops out at?

I don't know but the max i've ran mine was 148mph. From 130-148 it climb kinda slow I think...

I was thinking it may be governed at around that speed, but I also remember reading that it should go around 140 on fifth, which leaves the questions of how fast in 6th. But they may not be true. If it is governed I wonder if it can be removed.

The speed limiter can be replace with a different PCM. I don't know if they have any yet, but if they do i'd suggest you get the programmable ones...
Also weight and power ratio. which is 240hp/3280lb?
