Tried doing a search on the Top Fuel Turbo Kit on this site but to no satisfactory avail.

Has anyone bolt on the Top Fuel Turbo? Would be great to hear your comments on its reliability (Professional and competent tuning aside)

I could be mistaken, but I thought someone mentioned that it was only meant for RHD ....... is that true?

from the way it looks, you could prob fit the kit in the car if you remove the a/c lines.....(thats just a theory though...)

 

Well ....... feedback has it that Top Fuel produces top of the range turbo kits for VTEC. This one promises a reliable 400PS .... So it may be just worth customizing it for LHD then

Never realize that these kits can be so specified for RHD or LHD ..... oh well, learn a new thing everyday

Top Fuel is coming to the States. They are planning to open up Top Fuel USA. Supposely to happend later on this Fall. And hopefully will have fluent english speaking staff.

 

is this a pretty complete kit similar to a vortech kit, or are some other parts needed to reduce compression? This would be for stock boost.

I disagree, I think it is the science of making an engine last the whole race - a whopping quarter mile!

Dragsters accelerate with a force nearly eight times that of gravity. This is not only more than a Formula One car or a fighter plane but also more than the space shuttle needs at Cape Canaveral.

We all know that the solid fuel booster rockets on the space shuttle are single use, so I think making an engine that can out accelerate that is an achievement.
