Default Top latch pops loudly just one.

I have a garage. When I'm done with the car for the evening, I lower the windows, and unlatch the top. In the morning, I re-secure the latches and drive off. The right top latch always makes a loud POP noise when I hit the first section of uneven road. It's loud enough that it startles me, and any passenger I have. But it only does this once. After it has settled/popped, it doesn't do it again until I unlatch it/re-secure it the next day.

Any one else have this same issue? The left latch never does this.

Mine won't snap apart. And I'm definitely closing it with enough force. Always does it once, no matter what I do.
